All Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum members have the option of changing the departure date of the cruise booked at the standard rate for a new cruise departing within 30 days before or 30 days after the date of the cruise originally booked.

The request to change the departure date needs to be made at least 30 days in advance of the original departure date, whenever the member intends to postpone the departure date. Conversely, whenever the member decides to bring forward the departure date, this request needs to be made at least 60 days in advance of the original departure date.

Whenever the new cruise chosen is unavailable or the member fails to comply with the time limits shown, the request will not be accepted.

The cruise booking number will remain the same as the original one but, once the change has been requested and agreed, the general terms and conditions (for the purpose, including, but not limited to, of payments and/or cancellations) will govern the new chosen departure.

The customer will be able to use the privilege only once for each booking made. After use, the privilege is no longer applicable on the new chosen departure.

Whenever the cabin price and/or the total cost of the chosen new departure is:

- Higher than that of the original departure, the difference needs to be paid.

- Lower than that of the original departure, the customer will be reimbursed any difference paid (net of any penalties).

- The same as that of the original departure, nothing will be due.

The reference price is that of the day on which the change of departure date has been requested.

• The privilege, if not enjoyed, may not be converted to benefits of another kind and may not be used in any other way.

• The points provided for the cruise actually taken will be awarded.

The privilege is not applicable (terms and conditions apply for the original cruise, from which the change was made):

1. Group rates and promotional rates (including, but not limited to, PROMO, Family&Friends and Employees).

2. Around the World and its routes, Christmas/New Year's Eve/Easter cruises and event cruises (including, but not limited to, Sanremo, Club, Vernissage and Protagonists of the Sea cruises).

3. On cruises purchased under the Fly&Cruise formula.

4. On charges for transport or other services combined with the originally booked cruise, with resulting recognition of penalties on the date on which the change was decided.
