The programme

We'll set off on a comfortable bus, heading for Memento Country Home, a little corner of peace far away from the chaos. It'll feel wonderful pedaling among the rice paddies and along hidden paths, where the city gives way to nature. You'll stop off at a genuine local market, with its spices, tropical fruit and curious smiles: here, we're shopping for supplies ahead of our next challenge, where you'll become chef for the day!

Roll up your sleeves: it's time to get cooking, Vietnamese-style! Under the guidance of local experts, you'll prepare golden rice pancakes, crispy rolls and other delicacies, cooked in a terracotta oven like back in the olden days.

And then? We'll eat, of course! Whatever you cook, you'll devour it (and believe us, you'll want seconds). An authentic experience, a long way from the tourist trail, which offers flavor, discovery and a pinch of adventure.

Don't forget to bring a mosquito repellent.
We'll take care of the bicycle, helmet and water bottle.
Guests must be in good shape to ride the bikes. No issues with blood pressure, bones, heart problems etc.
