The boatswain and captain tell you all about this expedition and you put yourself to the test in the art of seafaring, too: your followers will go crazy over this day as a sailor in blue waters as well!

The programme

Together with the other young people you climb aboard Lisca Bianca: a historic sailboat with two masts which in 1984 set sail for an epic circumnavigation of the globe.
Changing course and adventure are in its DNA and the boatswain and captain tell you all the secrets and interesting facts about this incredible journey sailing around the world.
You put yourself to the test in the art of seafaring, too, and discover how a classic sailboat is handled: as a team you collaborate in the onboard activities, just like the mariners of the past.
The sailboat cuts through the turquoise waters of the coast of Palermo and selfies abound: in front of the monuments, Arenella beach and the Quattro Pizzi building, a tuna fishery converted into a villa, so beautiful that the Tsars built one exactly the same in St. Petersburg.
It’s time to drop anchor: the great sailors of the past didn’t know how to swim, whereas you don’t need to be told twice to dive into the turquoise waters right away.
At every stroke you discover new aquatic wonders and experience this adventure to the full!

Good to know

The experience is reserved for young people aged 14 to 17, who will always be accompanied by the guide and the leaders.
To authorize the young people to take part in the experience on their own, parents must collect, fill out and sign the waiver and release from the MyTours desk. In the absence of a signed waiver and release, the booking for the experience may be canceled.
Bring just the essentials with you, not forgetting a backpack with beach towel, hat and sunscreen.
