In a nutshell

You'll wake to the trumpeting of the elephants saluting the dawn and go to bed in your suite in a nature reserve between two rivers, with your mind full of the traditional flavors and songs of South Africa. A land experience of four days and three nights, to experience and begin to understand the savanna alongside those who protect its flora and fauna. The programme

What is life like in a South African nature reserve that is committed to protecting at-risk species and recycling rainwater?
You'll find out for yourself at the Kariega River Lodge, where a suite equipped with all amenities awaits you, within a protected park spanning 10000 hectares of wild savanna.
The grassy plains and the African plateau between the Kariega and Bushmans rivers, which you can admire from your private terrace, will awake something dormant in you, but crossing them together with local rangers to photograph the 'big five' * lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo and leopards * is pure excitement.
You'll do it at dawn and dusk, when the air is cooler and the riverbanks are bustling with giraffes, hippos, antelopes, zebras, lynx, baboons and many birds species, including the African fish eagle.
Everything is surprising, intense. Including the dinners featuring traditional dishes such as “braai”, grilled meat, accompanied by typical songs: a shared ritual that unites and creates bonds.

The land experience is not suitable if you have back problems.
