In a nutshell

In this grand tour of Japan you will visit Tokyo, Hakone, Osaka, Itsukushima Shrine and ending with brief tour of Nagasaki before returning back to the vessel.

Begin your grand tour by visiting Tokyo Sky Tree whic is the centerpiece of the Tokyo Skytree Town in the Sumida City Ward, not far away from Asakusa. With a height of 634 meters (634 can be read as "Musashi", a historic name of the Tokyo Region), it is the tallest structure in Japan and was the second tallest in the world at the time of its completion. You will visit the Tembo Deck.

Afterwards you will go to Asakusa for strolling and sightseeing while also enjoying Japanese Kaiseki cuisine.

You will end your trip with a visit to Meiji Shrine which its large park are dedicated to the spirit of Emperor Meiji and his wife, Empress Shoken. This shrine was completed by over 100,000 volunteers in 1920 in his memory. It was destroyed in an air raid in 1945 and rebuilt in 1958. The grounds are thickly wooded from more than 100,000 seedlings that had been sent from all over Japan.

You will then arrive at your hotel (The Prince Park Tower Tokyo) for check-in and dinner.

Following Tokyo you will take bus in early morning to Hakone where there is opportunity to see Mt Fuji if the weather is good.

On the way you will stop Lake Yamanakako.

You will have Japanese style local lunch Hoto noodle.

At the end of the day trip to Hakone, you will take the sightseeing cruise from Hakonemachiko to Togendai and then take the Hakone ropeway up to the top of the mountain. The smoke and scenery of Owakudani seen from the top of the ropeway is thrilling, exhilarating and spectacular!

Afterwards you will have Kaiseki dinner at Hakone typical Ryokan (hot spring experience available)

On day 3 you will take shinkansen from Odawara to Shin Osaka Station.

Afterwards, enjoy the view from Tsutenkaku Tower in the local downtown area. You will meet symbolic Biriken which is a goddess of luck and also visit Osaka Castle.

At night in Osaka, we will take you on a stroll through the vibrant Dotonbori area to see the neon signs and enjoy a dinner of the local specialty, okonomiyaki.

You will be staying at a hotel in a safe location for walking, so you will also have some free time to enjoy.

On day 4 you will take shinkansen from Shin Osaka to Hiroshima station and visit on of the most beautiful shrine in Miyajima.

Itsukushima Shrine is registered as a World Heritage Site, and its large vermilion torii gate standing in the sea is extremely rare.

If the weather is good, you can enjoy the ocean view from the ropeway in Miyajima.

Day 5, you'll board the Shinkansen again and head to Nagasaki

There you will spend the few remaining hours visiting famous Nagasaki spots like Peace Park and Atomic Bomb Museum before returning back to your ship.
