The elevator does not provide access to the observatory on the upper level.
Guests must be able to walk approximately 1.5 miles over cobblestone, flat terrain and manage approximately 200 steps in total.
The motor coach parking lot at Osaka Castle is a 15
to 20-minute walk from the castle.
