The programme

The tour will take you straight to the heart of Bandar Seri Begawan, where the charm of Kampong Ayer, the biggest village on water in the world, will leave you astonished. An incredible maze of houses on stilts, markets, schools, and even police and fire stations! A perfect balance of centuries-old traditions and modernity that will make you wonder how it is possible for such a place to exist in real life. You can step inside one of these typical houses for a tasting of a tea-based drink.
We will then stop for a photo or two at the Jame Asr Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque, an architectural jewel with 29 golden domes that are like something out of a dream. You'll feel like a princess or prince in a fairy tale kingdom!

Finally, enjoy a visit to the Royal Regalia Exhibition Hall. From royal chariots to the objects that symbolize the monarchy of Brunei, every corner of the exhibition will make you feel as if you have been plunged into an ancient, sumptuous history.

Wear clothing that is respectful of the culture of the country, avoiding garments that are too tight or low-cut. (Low-cut tops, shorts and short skirts or dresses are not considered appropriate, as this is a stricter Muslim country.)
Shoes must be removed on arrival at the Royal Regalia.
Photography is not permitted inside the Royal Regalia, and all cameras and bags must be left at the entrance.
