10% Discount Voucher Conditions

C|Club Future Cruise 10% off (Member Privilege)

Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Members

The "C|Club Future Cruise 10% off" voucher is reserved for Members that have taken a cruise with a booking date on or after 21/04/2022, at the standard individual fare (non-promotional fare), in any type of cabin, provided that before disembarking from the cruise, they are Members of the C|Club Programme.

The 10% future cruise discount is valid for adults only and is applicable on category cabins with Balcony or superior category and it may be used for All-Inclusive and Super All-Inclusive fares. Only one discount may be used per cabin per cruise.

The “C|Club Future Cruise 10% off” voucher is valid for bookings made within one (1) year after the end of the cruise on which it was accrued.

The voucher may be used to purchase a future cruise, excluding World Tours and their routes and cruises in Asia. However, such cruises will enable the voucher to be obtained, only on the foregoing conditions having been satisfied.

In the event that the cruise is made at a group fare, this will still give rise to the voucher, but it will not be reusable for a future booking at the same fare.

The voucher has no monetary value, is non-refundable and may not be sold. It may not be used for onboard purchases and services or for excursions.

The voucher may not be combined with other promotions and special discounts activated during the year, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of such marketing actions. Members will receive the voucher via e-mail.

The voucher may be used on bookings made at Travel Agents, through the Costa Customer Centre or through Future Cruise Consultants or for bookings made via the Costa website.

Premium Voucher Conditions

How it can be used

The Premium discount is valid for bookings within 1 year after the end of the trip on which it was earned. Customers who took a cruise in 2018 and 2019 have earned the voucher, unless otherwise stated, booking in All Inclusive rate.

The voucher can be used to purchase a future cruise, excluding World Cruises and their segments. It can only be used for new bookings made individually (excluding group bookings) and has no retroactive effect. Only one discount per cabin per cruise can be used. It is valid for adults only and applicable on all cabin types (inside, outside, balcony and suite). The Premium Discount has no monetary value, it is non-refundable and cannot be transferred. It cannot be used for charges aboard and services aboard or for excursions.

Cumulability

The voucher is valid and can be used for bookings in the All-Inclusive fare category on cruises departing on or after 1 January 2019.

It cannot be combined with any other discount vouchers (unless otherwise specified in the voucher conditions), other promotions and special discounts activated during the year.
