As per current applicable laws, all reviews written by guests, whether positive or negative, are taken into consideration. However, reviews that include or allude to the topics mentioned below are removed, and as such excluded from the total rating (please note that the topics below are by way of example and that this is not an exhaustive list):

Comments of a political nature
Promotional content
Illegal and/or criminal activities
Personal details or sensitive information (e.g. email address, phone number, credit card number, etc.)
Expletives, foul language, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory comments, threats, or references to violence
Spam and fake content
Human or animal cruelty and/or obscene content
Impersonation (i.e. the reviewer pretends to be someone else)
Breaches of our reviews guidelines

We have systems (automated and non-) dedicated to the identification and removal of fake reviews sent to our platform.
Anyone noticing a review that does not comply with our guidelines can alert our Customer Centre, so that the dedicated team can open an investigation.
Guests wishing to amend a review are welcome to contact our Customer Centre.
